Refund policy

The Standard We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for defective garments and exchanges only. Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. All sales are final.

Initiating a Return

  1. Email support@introsolus.com with your order number.

  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you specific instructions.

  3. To ensure your return is processed, please do not send items back without prior approval.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To secure a different size or color, return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damages & Discrepancies Inspect your order upon arrival. If the garment is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@introsolus.com so we can rectify the error.

Exceptions Final sale items and gift cards are ineligible for return.
